innovative event planning & strategic management


madivents fees are based on specific event needs. fees can also be negotiated based on a percentage of total budget or on a retainer basis. 


standard planning and consulting rates are $75 – 95 per hour depending on the size and scope of the event  and service.


on-site management rates are $95-110 per hour. on-site logistics assistant rates are $30 per hour. day rates apply for event set-up and/or strike; $750 for event managers and $300 for logistics assistants.


travel rates are estimated on a daily basis of $750 per day.  Logistics assistant fees are $300 per day. Travel rates apply for events outside of the Philadelphia tri-state area. client paid travel fees cover standard accommodations, ground transportation and/or coach air travel.

av & transportation

a 20% management fee applies to all audio/visual  and transportation services.

contingency fee

depending upon the scope of your event, planning hours not identified during initial planning phase are covered by a 15% contingency fee and up to 5 hours of additional service.


all planning services include periodic status reports & post-event evaluations.

PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we won't receive your sensitive financial information (like your credit card or bank account number). We simply receive your order information and your e-mail address.
